Individuals and Principals
I work with founders, inheritors, creators and other individuals for whom wealth, achievement or responsibility has introduced questions that cannot be solved financially. These may concern identity after success, trust, significant relationships, difficult decisions or uncertainty about what comes next.
Families and the Next Generation
I help families explore expectations, loyalties, roles and communication patterns surrounding wealth — particularly during succession, inheritance or risinggeneration development.
Family Offices and Trusted Advisers
I work alongside family offices and trusted advisers when technically sound plans are being complicated by identity, family relationships, communication or behaviour. My role is complementary: bringing an independent psychological and relational perspective where financial or legal expertise alone cannot resolve the situation.
Senior Leaders
I support CEOs, founders and executives whose responsibilities require experienced, independent, psychologically informed reflection and clarity.

“One thing came through clearly at our latest In The Clouds event. Leading in uncertain times isn’t about having all the answers. It’s sometimes about how you lead. We were thrilled to be joined by executive coach Stephen Daltrey, who shared some brilliant insight from working with leaders across 165+ organisations worldwide. Stephen’s lively and engaging style connected with our audience and received great reviews. We’ve already invited Stephen to speak at our next conference.”
