My individual coaching programme consists of an initial 6 sessions.
What you get…
- 6 x 90mins dedicated one-to-one coaching sessions, arranged at your convenience. The recommendation is 1 session per month, but this can be tailored to your exact needs.
- Sessions can take place on Zoom or in person.
- Unlimited support between sessions via email.
- Emergency 15 min telephone support if required.
- Full access to my resources.

One Day Intensive Coaching

360 Feedback Tools
- Live 360 interviews provide an in-depth review of an individual and their impact on others. An opportunity for in-depth exploration through supplementary questions.
- Questions are tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals and their sponsors.
- Allows interviewees to provide feedback confidentially, so they are more likely to open up and share.
- Anonymised report to include patterns, themes, blind spots and specific feedback.

- I am licenced to provide a range of psychometric tools that enable you to understand and evaluate yourself and your teams and achieve your goals.
- Hogan is a powerful tool in predicting a person’s future performance: The Bright Side, The Dark Side, Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory.
- Myers Briggs Type Indicator is the oldest and most frequently used instrument in the world for understanding personality difference today, with over two million people taking the test annually. It helps individuals and teams to understand their natural psychological preferences and why those differences can sometimes lead to difficulties in relationships.

- Process observation & feedback enables boards/teams to identify how they operate, particularly around decision-making and problem solving.
